I own a single family home in Sonoma, CA. Sometime in the next 3-5 years we are looking to update the home. We are looking for someone to help us find the best new floor plan and layout for the home. Attached is the current floor plan. We want to stay inside the footprint of the existing home. No moving exterior walls. Anything inside the current footprint can be relocated - though we prefer to keep the garage where it is.
I'll have CAD drawings available to the designer we ultimately hire. Attached is the existing floor plan.
