About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to execute the operational side of a high-value tax prep sprint. You will manage outreach, lead tracking, bookings, follow-ups, and client intake—directly enabling $100k in collected fees by April. This is not a tax role; you’ll handle admin, coordination, and no-code workflows to keep the client pipeline moving.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain high-value lead lists (100+ contacts/week)
Send personalized DMs/emails and track responses in CRM
Manage Calendly bookings and ensure full, qualified call calendars
Set up and update simple landing pages (Carrd / Leadpages)
Send follow-up emails/SMS to unbooked leads
Coordinate Typeform intake forms and organize client data in Notion
Track deposits/payments via Stripe or GoCardless
Support basic LinkedIn Ads setup and outreach campaigns
Maintain SOPs, templates, and weekly reports on leads, calls, and revenue
A detail-oriented, proactive VA who can execute quickly, manage multiple workflows, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving tax season sprint. You’ll be critical in converting outreach into paying clients, directly supporting $100k in revenue by April.
