About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to execute the operational side of a high-value tax prep sprint. You will manage outreach, lead tracking, bookings, follow-ups, and client intake—directly enabling $100k in collected fees by April. This is not a tax role; you’ll handle admin, coordination, and no-code workflows to keep the client pipeline moving.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-value lead lists (100+ contacts/week)

  • Send personalized DMs/emails and track responses in CRM

  • Manage Calendly bookings and ensure full, qualified call calendars

  • Set up and update simple landing pages (Carrd / Leadpages)

  • Send follow-up emails/SMS to unbooked leads

  • Coordinate Typeform intake forms and organize client data in Notion

  • Track deposits/payments via Stripe or GoCardless

  • Support basic LinkedIn Ads setup and outreach campaigns

  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and weekly reports on leads, calls, and revenue


Required Skills

  • Experience as a VA, sales/marketing assistant, or operations support

  • Strong written English for outreach and client communication

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Calendly, Stripe, Typeform, Notion, and no-code landing pages

  • High attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality

  • Ability to follow SOPs and meet daily/weekly activity targets


Preferred Skills

  • Cold outreach tools: Mailshake, Apollo.io, Lemlist, etc.

  • Experience supporting consultants, coaches, accountants, or financial services

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics


KPIs / Success Measures

  • 100+ qualified leads added weekly

  • 30–50 outreach messages sent daily, tracked for replies

  • 5–10 new client bookings per week

  • 90%+ intake form completion for booked clients

  • Accurate admin, <2% errors, timely weekly reporting
