WINDOWS HARDWARE DRIVER + IMPORT EXPORT

Job requires a highly skilled developer that has extensive experience with Python and hardware device class drivers.
 Need the following items added to a Windows v10 ~ v11 program.
 
Modify a Blender 3D addon Python script designed to import and export a specific vector file format.
Vector file optimizations code (working code provided)
Add a new USB hardware interface that provides 6 analog DC output channels similar to a surround sound audio interface.  Helios DAC  (working sample code provided)
