Project Overview
We are developing a comprehensive responsive mobile website aimed at revolutionizing the way service-based businesses manage projects, client information, and digital content. This mobile responsive website will serve as an all-encompassing platform for project management, client data handling, photo and video management, and analytical reporting, with a strong emphasis on security and user-friendly interfaces.
Core Features and Requirements
Environment: Developed entirely in WordPress using the SYNTO backend administrative theme. Core features will reside in WordPress admin backend allowing individual users to manage data related to their company projects in mobile. Some front end forms may be necessary but most features will be managed via back end data forms. Administrative back end WordPress modification will be necessary for native WordPress features as well as plugin forms and features.
User Management: Ability to add and manage users, including the creation of three user types with varying levels of access. An admin top level user that can see and edit everything. Then a company administrator that has an account associated with the app and can edit company info, create projects, see analytics, and perform functions in the app within their account. Lastly, a company user that can take photos and videos, receive notifications, and create/edit/view projects but cannot see analytics or edit company information. Company admins can sign themselves up and can invite and administrate company users.
Data Aggregation: Capable of aggregating data on multiple levels:
- Per user, per project details including customer name, phone number, address, and ticket price.
- Photo management for each project, with options to edit and delete.
- Video file management and categorization.
- Encryption of authentication data such as CRM login, Google My Business, etc.
- Map integration showing the geographical spread of all projects, termed as YacMap.
- Can add up to 20 services at a time as tags.
Company Display Info Management: Editable sections for company name, logo, contact details, operational hours, website URL, services offered, and branding colors.
Security and Privacy: Strong encryption for sensitive data and a secure forgot password procedure, CRM login, and other authentication required data.
User Features
Interactive UI/UX: Use the SYNTO forest theme admin panel backend, ensuring ease of photo editing and deletion within the gallery plugin as a responsive mobile website. SYNTO theme will be downloaded upon starting the project.
Project Management: Easy creation and management of projects with a feature to mark a project as complete, which then automatically updates the map (YacMap) with a new dot.
Photo and Video Handling: A robust gallery for photos and a separate section for videos, including features for tagging, editing, and categorization of content.
Notifications: Custom notification system (YacQuack) for updates and custom notifications at varying intervals.
Technical Requirements
Platform Compatibility: The site/app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.
Experience with Backend WordPress Development: Preferred experience with developing backend systems.

NOTE: I'm getting lots of questions of whether this is an app or a WordPress site. It is a mobile WordPress site developed on the back end. The app will be published to app stores via iframe. Hope this helps clarify.
