WordPress website development

Hi there!
We need an estimate of the following job: 
We have a WordPress Website, and a "specific page" to work.
We want to import data from an external source (like Excel) onto the "specific page" using a plugin, with the ability to update the information monthly.

The tasks are as follows: 
Create a search bar for approximately 2,500 instructors (see attached examples) and include about 2,000 certified instructors in the database. 
The data to be included consists of:
Full names
Certificate number (e.g., CV-0000000000000), E
Event number and year (e.g., #46 - 2026) (see examples attached)
We actually only need you to prepare the layout/artwork for 100 instructors; we will handle entering the remaining data ourselves. Naturally, we would need instructions or a guide on how to do this.
