Worldwide Driving Agent Airport Pick Up

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Driving Agent to provide safe and timely airport pick-up and drop-off services to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting passengers at airports, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable and secure journey to their destination.
This role requires excellent communication skills, local route knowledge, and a high standard of personal presentation, especially when dealing with international travelers, business clients, or VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome passengers at the airport arrival gate, holding signage if required.
Safely transport passengers to their destination using a company-provided or licensed vehicle.
Provide professional assistance with luggage loading/unloading.
Monitor flight schedules to adjust pick-up times for early arrivals or delays.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and roadworthy before each trip.
Follow all local traffic laws, safety standards, and company driving policies.
Provide information to passengers if requested (e.g. local area, hotels, schedule).
Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and fuel receipts.
Coordinate with dispatch or customer service teams for schedule updates or route changes.
Handle unexpected situations calmly (e.g., lost clients, traffic diversions, language barriers).
Provide the highest level of customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (appropriate for class of vehicle and country).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Proven experience as a driver, chauffeur, or in a similar transportation role.
Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic conditions, and airport layouts.
Basic English (other languages a plus, especially in tourism-heavy regions).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Physically able to assist with luggage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
