I want someone who is an expert in Xero to help me resolve an issue. I want the person to video call me via Google Meet where I will share my Xero screen. I will not give anyone user access to Xero.
This is the problem:
I have two invoices from Crowdfunder which are showing on Xero as unpaid and that they are due for payment.
But... these invoices have actually already been paid because Crowdfunder deducted their fees from the various payments that they made to us.
They have issued the two invoices to us so we can claim back the VAT on those two invoices.
How do I make Xero reflect the above so that the two invoices are shown as paid?
