We’re looking for a Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns automation specialist to help us launch a 24-step customer journey for one of our verticals. This is not a strategy build — everything is already written and uploaded. We simply need execution.

If you’re experienced with Zoho Campaigns, CRM scoring, tagging, and task automation — this will be a quick project with high clarity.

✅ What We Have:
24-step email sequence (written and uploaded)
CRM contacts ready to segment
Clear starting trigger (opt-in or status change)
Calendar booking link (for 15-min calls)
CTA logic defined
Interest scoring logic pre-outlined
Alert/task rules pre-mapped
CRM & Campaigns are fully active

🚀 What We Need You To Do:
Set Up Automation in Zoho Campaigns
Use pre-existing templates and rules
Trigger sequence automatically upon CRM action
Create profile scoring based on email behavior (open, click, no response)
Create Task + Alert Triggers
When profile scores pass certain thresholds
Notify team via email or Zoho CRM task
Test + QA Entire Flow
Confirm sequence timing
Confirm CTA click paths (calendar, landing pages)
Spot-check tags, CRM updates, etc.
(Optional): If needed, use N8N or webhooks to enhance functionality outside Zoho.

🎯 Your Profile:
🧠 Strong background in Zoho CRM + Campaigns
⚙️ Confident in workflows, tags, scoring, triggers, lists, and segmentation
🔁 Bonus: experience with N8N, Make, or external webhook automations
📊 Understand lead scoring, customer journeys, and trigger-based logic
🧪 Can test and debug without supervision

📦 Deliverables:
Fully working 24-step campaign inside Zoho
Working scoring system (open, click, ignore = score logic)
Alerts + tasks generated automatically inside CRM
Tested and documented setup
(Optional): Suggested improvements or ideas to scale
