Understands key drivers and leads action to improve financial performance at customer level across brands, investments (both promotional and A&P, growth building blocks. • Support the creation of value/ROI thinking within the AMC organization • Identify and drive Trade Spend Optimization opportunities • Drive Distributor Return on investment via analyzing the distributor financials and cooperating with the Sales Capability team. • Support the optimization of promotional effectiveness via quarterly activity review and help prepare and analyze Trade Spend across brands and channels on an accurate and timely manner to understand and drive marketing spend within budget.
