I have excellent English communication skills, can do multi-tasking, can work under pressure and is very open-minded and determined to meet beyond what is expected of me. I am currently working as a Claims Officer in one of the BPO companies where we experienced and learn new things and at the same time share it to our colleagues. I can immediately check and reply on emails as I have a fast internet connection. I am work- driven and is willing to grasp new things.
