* To lead manufacturing process-development or raw materials vendor-development
* To establish customer (techno-commercial) offer specification for LT Machines
* Making of product/process specification & Work instruction for manufacturing of motors & generators
* Lead submission of Drawings, Curves and Performance charts for the customers & consultants
* To lead direct Procurement actions of critical manufacturing items/components related to LT Machines
* To facilitate Training & Development of junior engineers
* To establish test-specification of all LT 3ph-AC Generators & Induction motors upto 400KW
* To take up Designing of special purpose 3ph-LT Induction motors upto 400KW
* Overall supervision of ISO:9001 Internal audits for processes related to AC Machines
* To take the lead role in technical / manufacturing problem solving processes in relation to LT Machines
* Control / Monitor of Testing of LT Electrical Machines (Alternators / AC-Motors)
* Lead Maintenance Management of the complete plant site - substation Transformers, MCCs, PLC controllers, other Power & Control Desks
* Certified National Energy Auditor by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India - capable of doing, managing & evaluating all calculations related to Lighting, Pumping, Cooling tower, Blower, Power generation, Power Plant management etc. in most economical and energy efficient way.
