My skill sets primary focus has been in leadership, building team morale, creating training programs, and conducting group presentations. My greatest strength includes the ability to listen to the needs of others and understand their barriers in order to provide them with the information or training they need for successful growth. With thirty years experience in management and teaching others how to acquire leadership skills, I have ample experiences to provide very interesting reading material. My "best in class" attitude implies a positive reinforcement of what is achievable.My passion is writing. I enjoy writing about any topic however, my strength in writing typically favors a comedic edge. I am a strong advocate for continued education and my present employment involves a position including mentoring at-risk students in the hopes of helping them realize their own full potential. Last, but not least, my proudest achievement is that of mother of three and grandmother of five!
