• Maintains and updates internal control documentation and support audits of related controls for clients. • Prepare balance sheet account (liability, equity, A/R, assets) • Contributes to internal and external financial reporting streams on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. • Owns revenue close process and ensure accurate recording of revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Supports monthly and quarterly VAT filings, both domestically and internationally. • Manages accounts payable from invoice recording to payment. • Interacts with vendors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement. • Process improvements around monthly reporting and daily operations, cost center reporting, balance sheet clean-ups. • Completes month-end closings, reconciles, and analyzes financial data to produce financial reports. • Excell within deadline-driven, fast-paced environments while supervising and motivating teams to achieve maximum productivity.
