SUMMARY 

• 10 years of experience in finance and accounting including BIG4 background, having worked 8 years as external auditor at EY Brazil.
• Extensive experience in national and multi-national corporate environments and a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Technical experience in accounting with IFRS, BR and US GAAPs.
• Ability to work in different contexts and cultures.
• Participation in the process of acquisition companies, supporting due diligence and auditing.
• Strong ability to form, develop and lead high-performance teams, with professionals able to act effectively as business partners, adding value with their knowledge of finance.
• Academic background, focused on business and finance, with a bachelor’s in business administration and accounting sciences.
• Controllership manager experience at a commodities, metals, and general imports trading company.
• Expertise in improvement processes, corporate and accounting restructuring, acquisition and valuation assets, consolidation of internal and external reports, preparing financial statements, and external audit assistance.
• Over 8 years of auditor experience serving national and multinational companies in retail, home center, pharmaceutical, apparel, automotive and services sectors. Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
• Deep knowledge in International Reporting Standard (IFRS) preparing financial statements and capital markets (C&A Modas S.A. IPO).
• Experience in risk and internal controls assessment according to SOx 404.
• Active Brazilian accounting certification issued by CRC.
• Native Portuguese and advanced English.
