*Prepares schedules of various government payments such as SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-ibig *Prepares government reportorial requirements (e.g PEZA, BIR monthly & quarterly reports) *Prepares payment to Japan Office in dollar and yen via telegraphic transfer *Manages petty cash *Prepares check payments *Prepares journal entries with appropriate supporting documents *Responsible in overtime computation & payroll preparation of local employees every 15th & 30th of the month *Filing of documents *Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential *Proficient with Quickbooks accounting software *Performs such other accounting, financial or administrative tasks and reports, as may be required from time to time
