I keep the track record of all the due dates and send the collection messages / reminders to the concerned person and post the receipt of amount very accurately so that there will not be disturbance to the business. I also keep various types of tracks and checks on all the payable of the business that the business should not suffer from any duplicate payment or any late payment charges or penalties or interest for making late payment. I also keep tracks, checks and balances on accounts payable and accounts receivable and generate various reports for the management to take more profitable business decisions.
