• Responsible for employee and public relations on site level. • Managing company corporate and local anniversary rewards program. • Managing Company’s incentives Budget. • Managing and plan community relations events. • Develop organizational chart updates. • Develop Quarterly Client and executives Business reviews. • Office depot ordering and administrative costs management. • Expense reports general preparation, filling and follow up. • Participate in training activities, report processing and other activities to provide a high degree of service to meet customer service goals. • Manage recognition programs. • Coordinate special events including promotional events. • Vendor invoice reconciliation and processing. • Communicate and Arrange site visits (client and executive visits) , Seminars and travel arrangements and various departmental functions. • Serve as departmental contact, facilitate the distribution of information and interact regularly with other departments within the company. • Coordinate other project coordinators at all sites in certain projects and assist them with day-to-day issues as needed. • Assist in annual budget preparation as well as monthly budget preview by tracking. • Gather, sort, edit and distribute various activity reports. • Responsible for providing company/ account advertising/ branding/Give a ways.
