* Review all relevant financial and business transactions within Company Name bookkeeping / enterprise resource planning systems ensuring accuracy and timelines of maintained records. * Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collection of receivables from clients as well as timely disbursement of payments to vendors. * Responsible for overseeing tax matters of the department * Performing reconciliation with the general ledger in the system through maintenance of records and preparing accurate,reliable and timely journal entries * Participation in the monthly cash closing process, providing support in the monthly end closing process and participating in preparation in the end of year closing process * Preparation and presentation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports as required by management * Review of Payroll for further disbursement to concerned employees * Ensure timely disbursement of payroll to employees * Planning and allocating staff and resources for engagement * Supporting execution of audit assignments through preparation of required financial and accounting reports and details * Liaison with client’s management and communication of relevant matters to persons at the concerned authority levels
