My job is to check and do analysis of the agent stats and provide recommendation on how to meet and improve metrics. Responsible for managing the intraday performance of one program or line of business within a Call Center environment. Monitors agent productivity and accuracy of sales orders Prepares standard reports for agent availability effectiveness Monitors and resolves agent availability concerns via face-to-face communications, phones, and messaging applications with agent(s) and client.
