Hi I'm RJ. I started my career as a Freelancer about 2 years ago and have handled different projects. The most recent ones are admin and research related. I am familiar in navigating County Websites to locate Property and Mortgage information as well as tax records and pulling comps. Lead Generation through Probates and Obituaries are tasks that I am comfortable doing. I am familiar with tools like Podio, Realty Juggler, Dropbox, Quickbooks and Evernote. I do Craigslist postings and MLS Listings. Reporting and data analysis are also tasks that I am comfortable with. Project management is something I am good at. I communicate with GCs to ensure standard, quality, efficiency & consistency. Also, I create floor plans and SOWs. I also have knowledge in Facebook marketing, blogging and basic photo editing and graphic design.
