I have worked in call center for 8 years in total. I am extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, and am also very familiar with the internet and all its applications. I have skills in outbound and inbound calls and managing emails. I have worked with many clients across the United States, Australia and United Kingdom. I am more interested with data entry or encoding for the meantime as my part time job to earn extra income.
