    Fast reply (replied me with concepts in 24 hours). Unlimited Revision (I was really picky, so I had him revised for over 10 times, Sorry Fred) Fast turnaround (each revision took him only 12hours to revise and send back to me) Efficient execustion (got to the main point and very creative) 24 HR Designer assistance ( once, I had to call him 1 am in the morning, and HE ANSWERED!!! sorry Keven!!!)
