Have completed SPC4, ICP-ACC, SA, CSM certifications and playing as an Enterprise Agile coach for more than 5 years. Have successfully transitioned many small/large scale organizations into Agile and developed their Engineering practice (thru DevOps) to proceed with 1-10 days go-live actions. Have well-versed with all frameworks such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe, XP, LESS, etc. And has implemented all XP practices such as TDD, BDD, etc and introduced lot of new metrics based on organization nature.
