My name is Igor and I am a Workflow Manager and Automation Expert who has a passion for business optimization and process digitalization.

The aim of my work is to increase productivity time for you and your team and minimize a number of manual activities as maximum as possible. 

I develop advanced systems, collecting all the metrics based on every single business activity to let you observe and analyze your future steps beforehand. 

Developing it by applying Agile, and Scrum principles let us create as much flexible a system as you require.

To minimize the manual activities I provide database setup in the AirTable connecting it with integration tools such as Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat) e.g. automating e-mail sending, building, and updating custom fields, so, I can create you customized setup to fit all your business needs.

I have 3+ years of experience in managing and creating workflows, setting up different kinds of automation to the processes in the digital environment, so, I can do operations management, business process management, and deal with various business areas. Especially taking into account the delivery of valuable metrics it gets much more efficient to control and amend it.
