Ahmed Samir has worked for over seven years in the field of translation, and has served a number of prominent publications and established translation firms in the region. Prior to joining Brunswick Group, Samir worked as a senior translator and editor at the Dubai-based magazine Day & Night, where he translated and edited articles in Arabic. He also worked at Arabize, a leading translation company in the Middle East, where he was in charge of generating Arabic content for a number of global clients. In addition, Samir was previously part of SaudiSoft, a translation company based out of Saudi Arabia. Since joining Brunswick, Samir has been leading the translation for all of Brunswick Arts’ clients. Proficient at translating press releases, speeches, features, news articles and opinion pieces, Samir has served a number of leading arts and culture clients in the UAE such as the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi), Dubai Photo Exhibition, The Art Gallery at NYU Abu Dhabi and the National Pavilion UAE, among others. Samir has also generated Arabic content for a number of Brunswick Group’s corporate-related clients such as Expo 2020 Dubai, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), UAE Banks Federation (UBF), Argaam, and National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), among others.
