Shop drawings. • Coordination between all disciplines drawings. • Technical submittals & Architecture technical representative from the company • Overseeing the quality of several coverage, construction & Architecture projects. • Follow up, manage and prepare quantities. • Revise the design drawings. • Revise the Civil. And the MEP drawings from the Arch. point of view. • Preparing, studying and tracking the Variation Orders • Technical revision and reporting the sub-contractors claims. • Attend progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings. • Carry out and issue technical reports and progress. • Follow-up of the documents and approvals
