Therefore each design is unique. I handle each stage of the Design process from brief to construction documents. I usually communicate design intent through a series of models and Realistic Renders to depict spatial phenomenas, lighting qualities etc. However Final drafting for detailed plan is done in Autocad. Full breakdown of Architectural Design Services are as followed: Architecture : consulting, concept sketching, 3D and 2D plan drafting (up to permitting level), 3D modeling, 3D rendering/visualization, video fly-through, VR preparation - Landscaping: planting plan consulting, hardscaping (paving, walking paths), built interventions (pavilions, exterior kitchens, pools, exterior showers), 3D modeling and visualization, 2D planning - Design: product design, furniture design, interior design (full services, from design to technical drawings) 7 years of experience with all of the above - 3D Printing: preparing any kind of model for printing, be it architectural, full products or just parts (modeling and pre-printing verification of the resulted file) 2 years of experience with my own printer. - Architectural Researching: able to gather information, analyze it and form scientific texts (mostly in English).
