I'll help you to build ASP.NET WebForms, MVC or Core application. It can use database of any choice (but I have the most experience with SQL Server). If it is ASP.NET Core - my frontend skills of ReactJS could be beneficial for you as well. Otherwise, I would build UI using HTML, CSS and Jquery. If you want to have cloud hosting for your web application, I would suggest Azure. I can provide expertise with Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL and their elastic pools, Blob Storages, and Azure Functions.
