Mastering is the last creative and technical phase that takes place before a media is shared. Mixes are made on different days, sometimes even by different mix engineers, and naturally, volume and color differences occur between different videos or songs / sounds. In a production with finished mastering, all of these are balanced so that the listeners do not have to make any adjustments while watching different media on the speakers they are using. We do this job properly with the precision tools we have. A Mastering Engineer should have a good ear, very good equipment and serious technical knowledge as well as musical. It must have an ear that can predict problematic frequencies very well. It should be aware of the benefits of digital technology, both technically and by ear, using many equipment not found in standard recording studios. Must be familiar with many types of music, listen to lots of music.
