I am Alfredo Vincent from Surabaya, Indonesia. I'm a 25-year-old fresh graduate with a Degree in Bachelors of English Literature. I am a specialist with lots of experience in audio/video transcription. My work has a high standard and accuracy. I have handled small to big projects such as debate videos for a thesis.  My accuracy in transcription is around 98.5% on easy audios and 97% on difficult audios. I also have good listening skills and can differentiate between speakers.

These are the steps before and after you hire me:

1. Providing Reference / Previous Sample Transcript & Material FilesProvide Alfred with a previous or desirable transcription sample so he will know your expectations as well as the need to be transcripted files (audio/video/PDF/Image).

2. Your Files and Preferences DiscussionAfter giving the sample (if there are any) and the file, Alfred will check on the total duration of audio/video files and discuss the project requirements (Verbatim/Non-Verbatim/Timestamps), format style, and any other requirements with you.

3. Transcribing in MS Word/Excel/PDF/NotepadAlfred will begin the transcribing process then deliver the transcription result in MS Word/Excel/PDF or a notepad as per the project requirement.

4. ProofreadUpon completion of the transcription, Alfred will always go back and check any inaudible words or typos and try to fill them as much as possible to deliver a perfect transcript. I also communicate with clients at this stage, if it's possible.

5. Submit The Result for ReviewUpon submitting the work, I can do one revision if it is needed.
