Draft, modify and update the following drawings: • Piping and Instrument Diagram. P&ID • Process Flow Diagrams. PFD • Extract Line List, Equipment list, Instrument List from Process Database. • Extract valves list. • Using check list to check any error in the PID. • Expert working in Bentley Microstation V8i, Autocad2014 and Intergraph Smartplant PID 2009. Independently able to produce process drawings using company or client drawing standards. Study and understand the scope of work and specifications for each project. Ensure the quality check and the good productivity. Create the required symbol according to the project standards. Create SPPID output reports from scratch (Line List, Equipment list, Instrument List, Valve list,….). Check inconsistencies error and solve them. Draft, modify and update P&ID, PFD, UFD, Safety PIDs and HVAC drawings. Create Manual line list. Extract Line List, Equipment list, valves list, Instrument List from Process Database. Using check list to check any error in the P&ID. Create routines for AutoCAD program by lisp/ Auto lisp. Created a PID cad library which converts AutoCAD program to semi intelligent program (completed library with visual lisp) and created user guide to be easy for use.
