Microsoft M365: - Providing technical support and guidance to customers and other technical personnel on the use and configuration of Office 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Skype for Business.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in Office 365 and related technologies
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Office 365
- Developing and delivering training and educational materials on the use of Office 365 and related technologies
- Managing and configuring O365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams
- working with Azure AD, AADP, Intune, CIS Benchmark, Enterprise Application MAM/MDM controls and other related service to enhance the user experience and security.
Microsoft Azure/WVD:
Providing technical support and guidance to customers and other technical personnel on the use and configuration of Azure services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security - Keeping up to date with the latest developments in Azure and related technologies
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Azure
- Developing and delivering training and educational materials on the use of Azure and related technologies
- Creating and managing Azure resource templates, automation and management of virtual machines, and other Azure Services
- Managing and implementing Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Policy, and Azure Security Center.
- Implementing and configuring Azure monitoring and analytics solutions.
- Experience in Cloud Migration and Integration
