A Barrister at law/ Human resource personnel with high level of integrity and discipline, good inter-personal and communication skills with working experience in consultancy and project management environment. An individual/Consultant with excellent time and people management and motivational skills. Proactive decision maker, targeting challenging assignments in Administration/Employee Relations. During my early experience as a Front Desk officer/Research Assistant i was in the position of receiving and reviewing all correspondences,court processes and other documents to ensure they are in proper format for acceptance after which proper documentation of the document is done before sending the documents to appropriate offices. Presenting research findings at meetings was also my duty a Research Assistant. During my years of experience, i have been able to acquire the following skills.. Proactive and responsible approach to work . Ability to work effectively in cases of emergences and deadline and stay calm under pressure. . Excellent communication skills and able to quickly build rapports with people. . Capacity to undertake work independently and with minimal supervision. . Analytical mind and ready to soak up large amounts of complex information. . Determination/Diligent attitude to succeed in given projects . Dedication and commitment to achieve results and a working knowledge of Microsoft Package. With an unwavering commitment for Capacity Building and career progression,I have developed a keen interest in leadership with a passion for volunteering,volunteer management and continuous learning This highlights my ability to effectively multitask across multiple tasks with minimal supervision. In my spare time,I often engage in research,mediation sessions and sewing .I am open to learn as I actively seek to leverage my adaptive skills across multiple disciplinary fields,with an interest in management and administration. I worked as an operations support coordinator where I had the opportunity to track and compile project purchase requests,purchase orders such as hall hire for events ,payments to flight agents,purchase of project materials for distributions,contracts and expenditures in respect to budget monitoring I worked closely with several project team members to develop an operational plan to ensure an effective and postive impacts from youths in countering Violent Extremism ideas through social media and other viable tools currently working as an operations officer where I provide technical,administrative assistance to service providers and programs., Additionally I have a strong academic background in Law /Humanitarian approach with additional training in project management,logistics, monitoring and evaluation. I have gained wealth of experience in diverse fields and each of these fields, I used innovative approaches to provide administrative,operational , management and technical services to my clients/employer. it is all about quality
