Facilitate the smooth functioning of the tendering team

Manage the approval process according to TGT Tendering Process

Attending Pre-Bid Meeting regarding the deviation of Technical Specification and Special Terms & Conditions of RFP/Bids. 

Guarantee a clear reporting in line with the Bids Department way of working and KPIs

Establish the tender budget, obtain validation from the Region and guarantee the mastering of expenses

Participate in the negotiation process with the customer when necessary

Guarantee the submission to the clients (internal & external)

Tender Portals- Offline, GeM, Central Procurement, Tender Wizards, Private Domain & SAP
