Bilingual Customer Service Rep

I consider customer service is one of the core areas of any business. My experience in this area, approx. 2 years, has taught me that it is important to listen to your clients not only to be able to reach and even exceed their expectations, but to improve as an organization and in the quality of the services that are provided. This is one of my strongest skills: being able to connect with my clients and listen to them. Empathy is a skill I have trained during the time I have lived abroad, which has given me the chance to interact with people from different parts of the world and learn from their cultures and experiences. Moreover, I have been able to improve my language skills by learning different languages: English and French, on top of Spanish as my mother tongue. To survive in the customer service world, you need to be positive and driven to find solutions and provide the best service. I am looking forward to continue developing my professional career within the area. I am convinced that the mix of my academic background in management and my experience bring relevant benefits to the companies I engage with
