* Working knowledge of BIM System,MS office, Auto CAD, Planning and estimation software. * Good communication skills, interpersonal skills. * Competent to read and analyze drawings in conjunction with specifications. * Having fair knowledge of material specifications, contract conditions and program, in analysis of rates and their interpretations. * Responsible for asking/sending enquires for quotes. * Responsible for comparing the quotes/materials based on specs, cost standards and quality, Quantities take off for all items of works, the effective coordination with construction team, checking all quantities submitted by the vendors, quantities sign off with vendors. Checking records of material consumption and comparing the same with theoretical consumption, recording variations, substantiations and justification, scrutinizing and forwarding the bills from vendors, incorporating cost implications due to non conformance at site. *To assist construction team in all commercial issues and reports. *co-ordinate with external architects with regards to building designs, landscaping, interior design and structural services (MEP), consultants for design and execution of residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
