• Work with BIM MEP modeling team under the guidance of BIM Engineering lead. • Review the input drawings and models. • Assist the BIM engineering lead to finalize the schedule of deliverables & BIM execution plan by following ASHRAE std. • Produce the desired deliverables in the form of coordinated models, clash reports, etc as per the requirement. • Creating shop drawings.(LOD 350, LOD 400). • Creating Coordination review reports & RFI reports. • Equipment schedules . • Sizing duct and pipe using McQuay . • Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP . • Solving site conflicts by assisting BIM LEAD and MEP ENG
