I’m familiar with Linux environment and computer programming (mainly R, Python, Shell) dedicated to the analysis of omics data with practical knowledge of basic statistics. I have experience in NGS (RNAseq, smallRNA-Seq, ChIPseq) data analysis. I’m able to work in teams with good collaborative and communicative skills.
