I have 15 years of experience blogging. I have two main areas of expertise. 1) I graduated from law school in 1993 and have spent 23 years making tenant-landlord law understandable for the layperson. 2) I have a particular passion for making local government more accessible to people who don't have time to pay attention to all the details.
