• Invoice preparation
• Received payment
• Credit memo preparation
• Bill & Check preparation
• Bank, Credit Card, and PayPal Reconciliation
• Transaction Categorization
• Due Payment reminders send to the customers

Accounts Payable:

• Goods received by Store and provide the document to my desk.
• Documents Verification, TDS & VDS deduction from the bill, and deposit them to Government Treasury.
• Verify the Purchase Order and GRN and appropriate approval
• Purchase Journal Voucher preparation by using IDS
• Monthly Payment List preparation and Cheque preparation.
• File and Document preservation for future reference.
