I have 20 years of Accounting experience and signed up for Upwork to do some freelance work. In my most recent accounting roles, I completed full-cycle accounting, which includes the entire processes for Payables, Receivables, Reconciling Accounts, and Reporting. I have worked with Construction Companies, Realtors, Real Estate investors, Home Services, such as Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers and Landscapers, Transportation, Service Companies, and Small Retail Companies. In Payroll I have used a third-party service. I have found that tends to work the best and allows everyone to work more efficiently. All that is left on my end is to double-check everything was entered correctly from the third party into QuickBooks. Software I have used includes Accounting: QuickBooks – Desktop and Online, Yardi Software: Microsoft Office, Google Office Cloud-Based Program: Dropbox, Bill Payer Services, Tracking Software, Etc. Any time I’ve learned a new program I’ve found I pick up on it pretty quickly.
