University placement offices often struggle with fragmented data spread across multiple recruitment cycles. Manually tracking over 227+ recruitment drives makes it difficult to identify which departments are underperforming, which companies offer the best ROI, and where students are getting stuck in the selection funnel. This freelance project was initiated to transform raw data into a strategic asset for the University Placement Officer.
The Solution: Integrated Power BI & Excel Ecosystem
I developed a comprehensive, automated dashboard ecosystem that bridges the gap between raw data entry and high-level decision-making. By leveraging the data processing power of Excel and the visualization capabilities of Power BI, I created a "Single Source of Truth" for all placement activities.
