Most recently i worked for US retail company as Business Analyst for a core Supply chain team where my daily duties included lot of coordination between IT and Business teams to get the requirements, transforming those requirements to JIRA user stories and communicating it to Business and development teams. Once the product was developed i was involved in various types of testing including System testing, End-to-End testing, Regression testing and defect tracking. I also worked as a project manager for 2 critical projects and made sure project was delivered on time without critical issues being reported. Good communication and documentation skills.
