Scott Sage possesses over 20 years of supply chain business experience, leading and managing numerous transformational supply chain project and programs, beginning in Desktop Manufacturing at Compaq Computer Corporation in the Global Desktop Division. From there he led the Product Management team for Supply Chain at a global Internet Service Provider, Interliant. Prior to independent consulting, Scott was a Principal Consultant and E-Sourcing expert at Pantellos, a Global e-Marketplace. Scott then began an independent consultant career in the supply chain area, and quickly became a thought leader and guru on leveraging e-sourcing and e-procurement systems to transform how companies source and purchase materials and services. He has led over 20 projects in all phases of projects including business process design, blueprint and specification authoring, effective implementation strategies, financial modeling, and organizational re-design. More recently, Scott led the procure-to-pay assessment, documentation, and integration program for an Oil and Gas Services merger, and led several transformational sourcing and procurement projects.
