I hold a Diploma in Office Management and Technology, where I gained strong practical skills in document processing, typing, and office software applications, including Microsoft, Excel, and Project. I also have hands-on experience in transcribing court cases and performing document accuracy checks to ensure high-quality outputs. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management and am in my third semester at a recognized university in Malaysia.
In addition to my academic background, I have a diverse range of working experience, including part-time roles in the F&B industry, event management, and as a secretary in a private company, where I supported administrative tasks and communication efforts. I have also worked as a part-time tutor and babysitter, demonstrating my ability to manage responsibilities with care, patience, and professionalism.
