Business Plan, M&A - Conducted operations and information technology due diligence for the acquisition of the Household Products Division of Pharmaceutical company. Contributed to the business plan that was used to acquire venture and private equity funding. After completion of the acquisition, I developed and implemented an information technology (IT) strategy that supported the entire organization.
