Prepares and developes schematic/preliminary drawings for client presentation Prepares detailed Structural,Architectural and MEPF design drawings, using BIM & AutoCAD softwares. Conducts project quality assurance systems in line with the company’s quality control program to ensure highest standard of work performed as well as operational efficiency. Transform detailed MEPF design drawing into working drawings from preliminary design to basic design to design development up to final design. Prepares Section, Elevation, and special details of architectural, structural layout plans. Prepares design drawings for presentation such as exterior and interior perspective.
