I develop Training Courses from Concept to Content Output stage.The key criterion is customization to respond to the real and clearly defined needs and wants clients. The training design involves the production  of Participant Manuals and Facilitator Guides that are used during training sessions. Post training evaluation will be done in alignment with agreed client  Facilitator Guides include key pointers to ensure that the training process respond to preset learning outcome objectives that are worked into the content of the Participant manuals used by Training delegates. In this way it is ensured that stated learning outcomes envisaged, are in fact being facilitated through the use of the Participant manuals. A post Training Course Retainer Agreement could be entered into to provide ongoing support and advice about issues that may remain relevant for follow up.

Another area of Service provision involves the development of Corporate Policies and Procedures. Consultations based around the Vision / Long-term Strategic Intent of Clients will result in the drafting and finalization of comprehensive Corporate documents with details regarding the why, how and who factors in Corporate decision-making. I produce Corporate Guides that will uniformly direct when , how and under whose authority important decisions shall take place in their operations. A 3rd Area of Service Provision concern the formulation of Business Plans and Proposals. Such plans are derived from study and analysis of goals Clients set for themselves.. Specifically the Business Plans contain the following elements: Executive Summaries, Industry & Environmental Analysis, SWOT Analysis, HR & Management Competence Analysis, Market Analysis, Financial Analysis  & Forecasts as well as Implementation summaries.
