I am an accomplished HR/Management Consultant with a track record of over 20 professional years of practice in my qualified field of competency. I'm the holder of a B Soc.Sc degree from the University of Cape Town with a major in Industrial Psychology. I also hold a focused MBA from Heriot Watt Business School, Scotland in Organizational Behavior. I worked for a number of mid size Organizations in Namibia doing trailblazing work. For example, I overhauled the Corporate Industrial Relations & Compensation Policies and Programs at Telecom Namibia between the years 1993- 1995. That was in the wake of the commercialization of that Institution from its previous status as a Government Department. These projects I undertook after assembling a team of Project Initiators. whom I identified as persons who carried a Vision for change at that Institution. This is in line with my philosophy that Policies, procedures and processes should never be planned or initiated without involving the people whose working lives they will affect. Ignoring this precept usually have unpleasant consequences when implementation must occur. My work at other Institutions like Barden Motors, Gold Fields Mining, The Bank of Namibia were carried out along a similar approach.
I wish to highlight the following accomplishments:

Development and Implementation of Corporate Industrial Relation's and Compensation Policy at Telecom Namibia ( 1993-1995)

Development if focussed Training program material for Local Government in Namibia for Local Authority Councillors.

Research Analysis of inputs of HR Practitioners on Professional WhatsApp forum .

Alignment of Performance Appraisal System for Plant Mechanics and Technicians at Barden Motors.

My current interests as Consultant include design and administration of Surveys, review of reports and compilation of statistical summaries, doing online training and various forms of analytical enquiry.

Work Terms

Available 15 hours per week . Payments to be effected weekly via bank transfers. Weekly hours can be extended upon agreement.
